At Maison, we not only specialise in lettings and sales, but we are also manage blocks of flats/apartments. Our wealth of knowledge and years of experience means that at present we are responsible for managing and maintaining a number of blocks in south Wales area and as far as East Anglia.

Meet Our Team



Managing Director

Thomas started Maison in 2008, having previously practised as a Barrister for a number of years. 
Thomas’s interest in property goes back to 1990s when he became a landlord and slowly built up a portfolio. That portfolio provided a foundation to starting Maison as well as an attempt to try and improve his experience of client care and property management service generally. 
The French name for the business and mountain logo stems from his time as a student at Grenoble University in the Alps. 
We believe in adding value, to your home, to your experience by providing a personal service. We do this through our passion for looking after people and their homes. Our goals are to be independent, professional and provide local expertise. 
We welcome and support Welsh as a living and working language.

The Property Team


Office Manager

Bethany has been with Maison since 2019 having previously worked at Rent Smart Wales as a Licensing Officer. She has brought over a wealth of regulatory and industry knowledge which has enhanced and enabled Maison’s growth as well as her professional development.  Bethany began working as a Lettings & Sales Negotiator and has progressed throughout the years to become the Office Manager. She is a fluent Welsh speaker that takes great pride on offering a personal and professional service. Bethany oversees all Lettings and Sales processes along with managing the team at the Pontcanna office. 


Property Manager

Emma recently joined the team as Property Manager, having worked within the property sector for the last 6 years. She is the main point of contact for both landlord and tenants throughout tenancies, ensuring any repairs or issues are solved in a timely manner. She advises landlords on legislation and compliance throughout tenancies, arranging all safety certificates required. Emma also oversees the day-to-day maintenance of our leasehold properties and handles any client queries regarding block management. Emma carries out site visits to ensure all buildings (both block and residential lets) are in good order, completes inspection reports and helps out with day-to-day queries in the office. 

The Finance Team


Finance Manager

Following a career in the voluntary and education sectors delyth made the move to work in the Finance Department with Maison in January 2017. delyth is responsible for overseeing the financial operations and planning of the company. delyth strives to provide a high-quality service in keeping with Maison’s ethos of building strong relationships with customers and finding solutions to meet their needs. delyth’s interest is in maintaining good practice and compliance and continuing to develop Maison’s financial procedures and policies. 


Finance Administrator

Following a successful completion of her university studies, Sara moved onto working in the Finance Department at Maison in January 2022. Sara works alongside Finance Manager, performing a variety of administrative, clerical and financial tasks. She is the initial point of contact for customers’ queries for the Finance Department, always aiming to provide a high-quality service and offering lasting solutions. Sara believes in maintaining good practice and compliance within Finance, working together with the fantastic team at Maison.
