• Specify wether you have heating, hot water or neither.
• Many boiler and heating systems are controlled by timers, and it is useful to know if the issue is time-specific.
• What is the pressure reading?
  • This should be 1.5
• Are you on a pre-payment meter for gas and/or electric?
  • If so, please check if there is credit.
