When reporting an electrical fault, please note the following:
Reporting an Electrical Fault
- Provide precise details of the issue
- Please take photographs and e-mail them to us
- Try and include any serial numbers (usually on silver labels on appliances
- Please try to send smaller files as large e-mails may not be received
- Ensure that you have checked your fuse box/consumer unit
- Check whether all the switches are pointing in the same direction
- If you have repeatedly lost power when using a particular piece of electrical equipment, we recommend you immediatley cease using it until it is investigated further
