When reporting an electrical fault, please note the following:

Reporting an Electrical Fault

  • Provide precise details of the issue
  • Please take photographs and e-mail them to us
    • Try and include any serial numbers (usually on silver labels on appliances
    • Please try to send smaller files as large e-mails may not be received
  • Ensure that you have checked your fuse box/consumer unit
    • Check whether all the switches are pointing in the same direction
  • If you have repeatedly lost power when using a particular piece of electrical equipment, we recommend you immediatley cease using it until it is investigated further
